Returns - The products we sell at SOUL FOOD TEES are produced only once an order is placed for them.  Despite the unique nature of these on demand products, we support no hassle refunds and returns within 30 days of purchase.

To minimize the need for a return, we strongly encourage you to carefully review product details and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase.

Should you require a return, please send an email to our customer support team at support@soulfoodtees.com and include the word "Return" and your order number in the subject line.  For Example, if you are returning an order with order number 12345, you would use the following:

In the body of the email, you may share further details with us such as whether you would like an exchange or a refund.  We will review and accommodate your request according to our policy.

Defects and Misprints - For incorrect or faulty items subject to damage or manufacturing errors, please contact us via email within 10 days of receiving your order.  When you contact us, please include your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work together to resolve the situation. Please note that in any case, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
